What is Call Waiting?: This feature lets you receive an incoming call when you are already on a call.
Which phone models include Call Waiting?: All our phones are Call Waiting capable.
How do I use Call Waiting?: While on a call, the phone will alert you of another incoming call and will give the option of placing the present caller on hold to answer the other call.
How much does Call Waiting cost?: The Call Waiting feature is free.
How can I activate the Call Waiting feature?: The Call Waiting feature is activated when you activate the phone.
How can I deactivate the Call Waiting feature?: You cannot deactivate the Call Waiting feature.
