How do I charge my battery?

Please refer to your Service Guide included in your phone package, or go to www.straighttalk.com/Phones, click on the "Learn More" icon below your phone model, and select the "Charge Phone" tutorial from the "Getting Started" Section.

How do I know when my battery is low?

You can see your battery is low by looking at the number of bars displayed on your battery icon located on the upper right corner of your screen.

What should I do if my battery will not charge?
