Customer Proprietary Network Information

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is information made available to us solely by virtue of our relationship with you that relates to the type, quantity, destination, technical configuration, location, and amount of use of the telecommunications and interconnected VoIP services you purchase from us, as well as related billing information. The protection of information about you is important to us, and you have a right, and we have a duty, under federal law, to protect the confidentiality of CPNI.  

We may use and share CPNI among our affiliates and agents to offer you services that are different from the services you currently purchase from us. 

Information about Your Personal Creditworthiness

Information about your creditworthiness includes your payment history with us, some of your account information, and any information that could be found in consumer reports. We may share this information among our affiliates and agents for the purpose of marketing new services to you. 

How to Opt-Out

If you don’t want us to use or share CPNI or personal creditworthiness information with our affiliates and agents for this purpose, let us know by clicking “Do Not Share” below.

Your election to opt-out will be honored by TracFone Wireless and its brands until you revoke it or change your election. If you previously elected to opt-out of the use or sharing of CPNI or credit information, you do not need to opt-out again.
