Once you've confirmed compatibility:
- Grab one of our BYOP SIM kits (online or at Walmart) if your phone needs a physical SIM.
- You can activate at Walmart Stores or head to our website to follow the simple steps.
Yes, a Straight Talk SIM is your key to our network. Our BYOP kits include all SIM sizes (Nano, Micro, Standard), so you’re covered. Got a newer phone? It might even use an eSIM, meaning no physical card needed — just activate and go.
Yes. In most cases, you can absolutely bring your current phone number with you. It’s called "porting," and we’ll walk you through it during activation.
