To qualify, your device must be:

• Unlocked
• Capable of operating on the Verizon network
• Be in an area where Straight Talk provides coverage

If you want to activate a Straight Talk-branded phone, it must not have been active with Straight Talk within the last 12 months.

Visit our shop plans page for more details. Please note that the StraightSAVINGS! plan is not combinable with Straight Talk’s family plan (multiline) discounts or Auto Pay discount.

After 12 months of active service on the StraightSAVINGS! plan you'll receive a $200 bonus device credit that can be used towards the purchase of a new device either on StraightTalk.com or at Walmart. You must be enrolled in Straight Talk Loyalty Rewards in order to receive your upgrade benefit. If you remain active for 24 months, you’ll receive another bonus device credit towards a new device at that time.

You'll receive your $200 bonus device credit after 12 months of service with the $25 StraightSAVINGS! plan. You can use your credit for an instant rebate to lower the out-of-pocket cost of a new phone of your choice. You can use your bonus device credit on Straight Talk's website or at your local Walmart. The device credit expires 90 days after it is issued. The credit is only associated with the eligible line and cannot be shared. You can view your credit status and retrieve it through Straight Talk's My Account app.

You'll remain active on this plan as long as:

• You keep your line active on the $25 StraightSAVINGS! plan
• You don't switch your SIM card to a Straight Talk phone that was active within the last 12 months

If your line or account is suspended, the time spent suspended will not count towards the required 12 months needed to earn the bonus device credit.
