Once you've enrolled this product in Auto Pay, it will continue month to month until canceled by you or us. If you do not enroll this product in Auto Pay by the end of your plan cycle, it will end at the end of that cycle.<br /> <br /> <b>Repairs:</b> A $29 service fee + tax applies per repair. Up to two repairs per 12 rolling month period, beginning on the first repair. Applies based on the covered device and when and where repair service is available. Otherwise, a replacement is available under Accidental Damage (All Other) for a $29 to $349 service fee depending on your device tier.<br /> <br /> <b>Replacements:</b> A $29 to $349 service fee + tax applies per device replacement, depending on your device tier. Brand new phones purchased on StraightTalk.com are automatically eligible for the plan. You can also bring your own (BYO) phone. BYO phones are subject to a remote diagnostic check to determine if they’re eligible for Straight Talk Protect.</p> </li> <li><button><span>How does the device diagnostic test work?</span><span class="chevron-v"></span></button><p data-content-open="false">The device diagnostic test takes about 2 to 3 minutes and can be completed from anywhere with a cellular or internet connection.<br /> <br /> During the process, your phone is checked for screen health and functionality by an outside administrator. Brand new devices sold through StraightTalk.com are exempt from this test and are automatically eligible for Straight Talk Protect.<br /> <br /> If your phone doesn’t clear the diagnostic check, you can complete your transaction without device protection, then come back later to try again with a new phone.
