Extended Pay
Straight Talk Extended Pay
With Extended Pay, you can extend your payment date by up to 5 days, which resets it moving forward. This gives you more time to make your payment on a schedule that better fits your needs.
How it works:
- Your service will continue without interruption. Bundled extras will also extend and align with the new date.
- This is a permanent change to your service cycle. Your payment date will move for all future plan cycles.
- Extended Pay is available once per plan cycle. Once you change your payment due date, you're eligible to use it again only after completing another service cycle.
- Availability depends on your account type and other factors. If you change your account type in the future, your eligibility for Extended Pay may also change.
- You’ll be charged for Extended Pay when you change your payment date. Extended Pay costs $10.00 (+ tax) for premium Straight Talk plans (Gold and Platinum Unlimited) and $5.00 (+ tax) for all other plans (non-premium).
- Once initiated, an Extended Pay date change cannot be reversed or refunded.
Extended Pay is available to customers with single-line, phone accounts that have completed a full service cycle and are not part of the following categories.
- Multi-month plans, 7-day plans and other non-30-day plans
- Fixed Wireless Access (internet) plans
- Lines with active financing
- Lines with phones covered by Straight Talk Protect
- Accounts with plans in reserve.
- Accounts that have any of the following perks attached: 100 GB Mobile Hotspot perk, Unlimited International Calling perk, 7-Day International Roaming perk, 1 TB Cloud Storage perk
- Accounts that are suspended or deactivated
- Customers who have already used Extended Pay and are attempting to use it again within the same service cycle.
