Follow these steps to activate your phone

Here’s what to do next.

  1. Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open your Settings and go to Connections. Then select SIM manager.
  3. A notification will display on the screen. Select Add eSIM, then Add.
    If you don’t receive a notification, scan the QR code below on your device.
  4. Next wait up to 10 minutes for your eSIM phone number to appear. If it doesn’t appear or you’re not connected to a 4G/5G network, visit our eSIM Troubleshooting Tutorial.
  5. Make a test call to confirm your phone number works.

Here’s what to do next.

  1. Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. You’ll get a notification to Finish Cellular Setup. Open it. If it’s not showing you can find it in your Notification Center.
    If you don’t receive a notification, scan the QR code below on your device.
  3. Follow the prompts to Set up eSIM.
  4. When your Settings screen opens, you’ll be able to select Cellular and find your new plan listed, showing On.
  5. Make a test call to confirm your phone number works.
