Please note that you will need to add or create a free Google or Gmail account to access the Play Store. For step-by-step instructions on signing in to a Google account, click here.

To download apps from the Google Play Store, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, tap the "Play Store" icon.
2. Tap the Google Play search bar at the top of the screen and enter the name of the app you are looking for, or enter keywords to search the Play Store. Then, tap the "Search" icon on the keypad.
3. Tap the app you would like to download, then tap "Install." The app will be installed and a shortcut to the app will be created.

To download apps from the Galaxy Store, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, tap the "Galaxy Store" icon.
   • Note: If prompted to agree to the terms and conditions, tap "I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions above." Tap "Start."
2. To search for apps by name or keyword, tap the "Search" icon at the top of the screen.
3. Enter the name of the desired app, or keywords that describe the app. Then, tap the "Search" icon on the keypad.
4. Choose the app you would like to download and tap "Install." The app will be installed and a shortcut to the app will be created.
