EMERGENCY BROADBAND BENEFIT PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program is a temporary emergency federal government benefit program operated by the Federal Communications Commission.  Households may be eligible for EBB if they are qualified for Lifeline, free or reduced-price school lunches, a Pell Grant, or suffered a loss of income after February 29, 2020. EBB service is non-transferable and is limited to one discount per household.

The EBB program provides a discount off an eligible regular service plan.  Please visit Straight Talk Emergency Broadband for available plans and a list of available connected devices which you may purchase.  Your service is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Straight Talk. 

All EBB packages offered by TracFone are free after applicable program discount. The service upload/download speeds and data caps vary based on the available EBB qualifying plan; Straight Talk customer service may be reached at 1-877-430-CELL (2355).  The program will terminate when appropriated funds are depleted.  Upon its conclusion, your service, if you choose to continue it, will be subject to the Straight Talk regular rates, terms, and conditions.  If your EBB plan includes any unlimited service, we reserve the right to review your account for usage in violation of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
